Characteristics
Patterned conveyor belts are widely used, with a material conveying angle ranging from 0° to 45°. The pattern on the belt prevents materials from sliding down and enhances conveying efficiency. They are suitable for transporting cement clinker, lime, sand and gravel, domestic and industrial waste, coal, and various bagged goods, among others. These belts are extensively employed in industries such as coal mining, mining, power generation, chemical processing, steelmaking, and grain handling.
Uses
Typically, the cover rubber of conveyor belts is flat. To increase the belt’s incline and prevent material from sliding down, the cover rubber can be manufactured with a patterned surface. Conveyor belts equipped with such patterned cover rubber are referred to as patterned conveyor belts.
It is suitable for conveying powdery, granular, and small-piece materials at inclinations of ≤45°, and can also handle bagged materials. It is widely used in industries such as coal mining, power generation, chemical processing, and grain handling.
Pattern types: herringbone, pit pattern, diamond pattern, raised herringbone, and others.
Width: 300 mm ~ 2500 mm
Shallow-pattern conveyor belt (pattern depth ≤10 mm, conveying angle 20°–30°)
Deep-pattern conveyor belt (pattern depth of 10 mm or more, conveying angle of 30° to 45°)
Note: The standard pattern model is “V-shaped, Y-shaped, C-shaped, multi-V-shaped, G-shaped, T-shaped” Customization of any pattern is supported! Pattern shapes can be designed separately according to customer requirements, allowing for bespoke pattern customization.
